As we continue expanding our impact throughout Florida, we are seeking a dynamic, accomplished, and results-driven Director of Development & Philanthropy to lead our fundraising efforts, strengthen philanthropic partnerships, and generate sustainable financial support for our mission.

We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional who knows how to turn relationships into meaningful philanthropic investments.

This is not simply an event-planning or fundraising support position. We are looking for a proven fundraiser who has personally cultivated donors, solicited contributions, secured major gifts, developed corporate sponsorships, and successfully generated philanthropic revenue.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Director of Development & Philanthropy will be solely responsible for building and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy encompassing individual giving, corporate partnerships, major gifts, private foundation funding, planned giving, and special events.

The successful candidate will be a relationship builder, strategic thinker, confident solicitor, and self-motivated professional who thrives on achieving measurable results.
